2/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup Earth Balance® Vegan Buttery Sticks, cut in small pieces
APPLES:
6 cups peeled and thinly sliced baking apples (4 large)
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups dairy-free vanilla ice cream
Reddi-wip® Non-Dairy Whipped Topping made with Almond Milk

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 8x8-inch pan with cooking spray.
OAT TOPPING: Stir together oats, 1/2-cup flour, 1/2-cup brown sugar, 1/2-teaspoon cinnamon, and baking powder in large bowl. Cut in cold Earth Balance® until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Refrigerate while you prepare the apples.
APPLES: Stir together apples, 1/4-cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, lemon juice, vanilla, and 1/2-teaspoon cinnamon in large bowl until well blended.
Pour apples in bottom of pan. Sprinkle oat topping evenly over apples. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until top is brown and crisp. Cool at least 10 minutes before serving your homemade apple crisp with ice cream and Reddi-wip®.
