PAM® Butter No-Stick Cooking Spray
3/4 cup strawberry preserves
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup Fleischmann's® Original-stick
2 medium Granny Smith or other tart apples, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/2 loaf 16-ounce French bread, cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices
5 eggs
1-1/2 cups reduced fat (2%) milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Place preserves, sugar and Fleischmann's in medium saucepan; cook over medium heat 4 minutes, or until Fleischmann's is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Pour into prepared pan; spread to cover bottom of pan. Top evenly with the apple slices; cover with bread.
Beat eggs, milk and vanilla in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended; pour over bread. Cover. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 9 pieces; then invert each piece onto individual plates to serve.
