Not much flavor, so if you want something with a little more sweetness or a "kick", this is not for you. Will not be making again.

We made this last week and we loved the salsa! This was just perfect for grilling.

I actually have household with kids but picky eaters fits my vegetarian wife! This reminds me of my favorite steak topping, its a generic salsa. Chop tomatoes, fresh Jalapeno (fresh banana pepper this time of the year), garlic & red onion, seasoned with salt, pepper and fresh (or dried) basil & oregano.... Fresh spinach worked in there is also soooo good! But what makes this work so well is a good meat seasoning, I make my own, preferably one with spice! Fresh is always best!
