- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed (4 large = about 3 lb)
- Seasonings of choice, optional

Serving Size: 8 servings (4 wedges each)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut each potato into 8 wedges; rinse with cold water. Arrange on prepared pan. Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice, such as salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning or garlic salt. Spray evenly with cooking spray.
- Bake 40 - 50 minutes until cooked through, turning and re-spraying potatoes with cooking spray every 15 minutes until crisp.
