  • 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed (4 large = about 3 lb)
  • Seasonings of choice, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each potato into 8 wedges; rinse with cold water. Arrange on prepared pan. Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice, such as salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning or garlic salt. Spray evenly with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 40 - 50 minutes until cooked through, turning and re-spraying potatoes with cooking spray every 15 minutes until crisp.
