CAKE MIX COOKIES:
1 pkg (15.25 oz each) Duncan Hines® Classic White Cake Mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 egg
1 container (14 oz each) Duncan Hines® Whipped Fluffy White Frosting, divided
blue food coloring
1/4 cup red, white and blue sprinkles
BOARD:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 pound fresh strawberries, halved
1 pint fresh blueberries
4 ounces cracker cut Italian dry salami
8 ounces marinated cherry-size fresh mozzarella cheese balls
1 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 bag (1.25 oz.) Angie's BOOMCHICKAPOP® Sea Salt Popcorn

CAKE MIX COOKIES: Adjust oven racks to upper and lower third of oven. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together cake mix, melted butter and egg until well blended and smooth dough forms.
Divide dough into 18 even balls, about 1-1/2 tablespoons each. Place on 2 large baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until centers are set, and edges are lightly browned, rotating pans halfway through.
Remove cookies from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Reserve 1/2-cup frosting for making fruit dip. Dye remaining frosting blue and frost cooled cookies. Decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
SNACK BOARD: Stir together cream cheese and reserved 1/2-cup frosting in a small bowl until smooth. Place bowls of fruit dip, ranch, and mozzarella on board. Place a row of cookies on board. Place strawberries and blueberries around the fruit dip. Place bell pepper strips, cauliflower, and cherry tomatoes around the bowl of ranch. Place salami around the mozzarella. Fill in any gaps with popcorn. Replenish red, white and blue patriotic themed snack board as needed.
