PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
8 wooden craft sticks
8 medium Granny Smith apples, stems removed (8 apples = about 3 pounds)
2 cups tiny pretzel twists, crushed into crumbs
35 caramels, unwrapped
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Insert a craft stick into stem end of each apple. Place pretzel crumbs in shallow dish.
Combine caramels and water in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until caramels melt and mixture blends when stirred, stirring after each minute. Stir in peanut butter.
Dip each apple, 3/4 the way up, into hot caramel mixture. Swirl apple to let excess caramel run off. Roll in crushed pretzels. Place on baking sheet; refrigerate until served.
For best results, make sure apples are dry before dipping in caramel mixture.
