Great easy healthy meal on the grill. I added some hot chili powder and cut up colored peppers and a few jalapeÃ±os. I omitted the cheese. Maybe try taco seasoning next time then shred the chicken. Loved this recipe.

I loved this. I added some cilantro and did not add cheese. When it was done I let them add as much cheddar cheese as they wanted. Flavor was just awesome.

Instead of using the grill, I cooked the chicken in a fry pan in olive oil seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. Then put the rest of the ingredients on top and cooked till done. Then sprinkled the grated cheese on it. Is a nice recipe!
