This recipe was DA BOMB!. I used frozen chicken breast and just dumped a can of roasted corn and a can of black beans into a strainer to get rid of the juices. I then used fresh hot salsa and chopped onion and put it on top. It did cook mine in an oven at 425 for an hour. They were very juicy. The last ten minutes I took them out put cheese on an popped them back in the over. I did 4 rather large chicken breast. I cooked a squash and onion in a little butter as a side dish and did garlic bread as well. Killer meal would do it again

Great easy healthy meal on the grill. I added some hot chili powder and cut up colored peppers and a few jalapeños. I omitted the cheese. Maybe try taco seasoning next time then shred the chicken. Loved this recipe.

I loved this. I added some cilantro and did not add cheese. When it was done I let them add as much cheddar cheese as they wanted. Flavor was just awesome.
