2 teaspoons Gebhardt® Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray. Peel sweet potatoes; cut into 1/2-inch wide slices and then into 1/2-inch wide strips.
Combine egg white, chili powder, salt, garlic powder and cumin in large bowl; whisk until frothy. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Spread potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until tender and golden.
